Mike Coyle joined Walbro in February 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer, strengthening the leadership of Walbro’s global manufacturing plants and operations teams. Prior to joining Walbro Mike was the managing general partner of The Accession Group, a private investment company formed to purchase and operate complementary manufacturing businesses. In his current role as COO he has responsibility for the leadership of Walbro’s global manufacturing plants, supply chain management, product quality and works closely with sales and engineering. Throughout his 33 years in manufacturing he has held senior level positions in a variety of technology/manufacturing companies to include president and CEO of Quest Technologies, president and CEO of Transportation Safety Technologies and president of the Alliant Precision Fuze Company. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and served five years in the United States Army. He also holds an MBA from St. Thomas University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
